When purchasing products at Vinh Khanh Company, customers can be completely assured of genuine products, warranted according to the manufacturer’s standard policy and in addition

• Genuine warranty up to 03 years depending on the product.
• Genuine replacement accessories for Vinh Khanh’s customers.

Valid warranty conditions

With our policy, the product will be warranted if it fully satisfies the following conditions:

• The product is still under warranty at the time of customer’s request.

• Damage due to component quality or technical errors in the manufacturing process.
• The product must be in its original form, product label, product model, serial number (S/N).
• The product is not subject to warranty rejection.

Product warranty method:

• Product repair.
• Exchange a defective product with a new product or a used warranty product that can be used with the same features as the original product (*).

Warranty rejection conditions

• Products that fall under one of the following conditions will lose their warranty:

• Products placed in dusty, damp places, exposed to water, or water seepage.
• Products damaged by natural disasters, fires, floods, lightning strikes, insects, or animals.
• Products deformed by heat or external influences.

• Products with mold, rust, or corrosion or oxidation by chemicals.

• Products damaged by using the wrong voltage and current.

• Customers cause defects such as deformation, cracks, or scratches.

• Products installed, maintained, or used incorrectly according to the manufacturer’s instructions, causing damage.

• Products showing signs of being altered or repaired.

• Products not purchased from Kim Park Vina’s official distributor.

• Products are out of warranty.

• No warranty on wear and tear parts and accessories included with any model.
